Thanks for all the feedback and support I’ve had. I’ve grown from this experience. I learned how to make a website, something none of the other 7^th graders in my class know how to do. Sure, some people say you’re a geek for knowing about the computer, but it was really fun to be able to invent myself online. I bet this sounds like a cheesy goodbye, but its true. I highly recommend having a website because it is really fun and you meet some really nice people through it. I especially recommend getting hosted by the one and only Shellz. I know that in some browsers the layout coding is very bad, and I’m going to switch layouts. I ordered a layout from Autumn Brume Designs and I hope she accepts it. I also revamped the icons page. I removed the lq icons and added some much more hq icons which I made in photoline. I also have 2 people that applied for advertising, and they have been added.

I saw the movie The House Bunny yesterday which is rated PG-13 and it was really funny and had a good message in the end. I’m not going to spoil the movie for you guys so you’ll just have to see it yourselves. Well, to prevent further rambling I’m going to stop myself right…………HERE!

First of all, the drive to Lake Tahoe was very long and windy. I was very anxious the whole ride because I couldn’t wait to get there. We did have a little trouble finding our cabin, but we found it eventually. The cabin was brown and had trees surrounding it with little stone steps. It had a wrap-around patio and was great for sitting and looking out. When you walk inside you see that it’s very open. It was carpeted and had some leather furniture and carpet up the side of the counter (?). When you walk upstairs there is my room to the right, and my cousin’s room was to the left. My room was tiny, but do-able. There was bordered holly painted onto the wall. It was very out-dated. okay enough about the cabin. I went shopping (got some very cute sparkly black flip-flops and a matching black beaded bracelet) with my mom. We went out sight-seeing and cruised over to Nevada for a bit, (didn’t do much there). Oh, and we went out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins and sat up in front of the lake. (I didn’t spill, yay! :D) Have you guys ever played the game Clue? It’s all about strategy and mind-games. It’s a very old game, so you might not have played it before. I played it 3 times there. First with my brother and cousin, then with my mom, dad, brother, and cousin twice. I won once. xD

Did I mention that on Sunday when I went up to the beach and there were these 3 guys that were holding snakes?! I got a picture of them, xD and I’m going to post them in the gallery along with the other pictures. I even got to pet one! It was scaly, and smooth, and I could see it breathing. It was weird. Last but not least, as we were driving around the area, we saw this vacation home. It was PERFECT! There was a backyard that overlooked the lake and was right on the beach. The inside was beautiful and it comes with a ps2 and games! It was also a reasonable price! How cool is that? Well, that’s about all I can think of right now. I’m still weirded out from the trip back home, and I’m STARVING!

Hey everyone, the site was down for a little bit due to server issues, but now it’s back up and ready to rock! In case you haven’t noticed, I put up a new layout featuring Hannah Beth. Thanks to divergente.org for the layout and css! Now, onto what’s been going on in my oh so interesting life….

I haven’t blogged in a while because nothing has really been happening to me and I didn’t want to just blog about nothing. Anyways, I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow and I’ll be back Sunday late afternoon. I’ll post pictures in the gallery of my stay. We all wanted one last vacation before summer ends, and the nightmare begins. Haha. xD Oh, I forgot to mention this: Every other Sunday I get to help out at my church in daycare. I help the babysitter take care of the little kids that come to church. There are these two little twins that come every time, and they are soooooo cute!!! But last time, ugh. They were SCREAMING at the top of their lungs. I had to give one of them a time-out. (Hey, it worked!) I don’t get paid or anything, but if the regular babysitter quits, I’m next in line.

In site news, I’ve added an advertisement section to the site. So please apply to be advertised here, but read the rules first! It’s up by the top of the screen on the right ^ >. I’ve also revamped the intro on me to the left, and added two new buttons to the domain page.

Today was the day that my mom and I did my school shopping. I still have no idea what I’m going to wear for the first day of school. I am so nervous, I’m finally going into middle school. I keep telling myself “High School is 2 years away.” That just makes me more nervous. xD So anyways I got a lot of cute shirts and a couple pairs of jeans for when Fall comes around. I also got 3 new pairs of converse; blue, pink, and black. My goal before school starts is to have a whole collection of different colored converse so I’m not stuck wearing the same shoes everyday. Oh, when do you guys start school? I’m curious because I start on August 20^th, anyone start earlier or later?

My dance classes have started up again. Today at 3:30 I’m going to dance for 2 and a half hours. I am going to feel so sore from not dancing in so long, that I might not blog about it after. But I promise to update before dance or tomorrow. I am so excited about seeing my dance buds and my teacher again. I used to go like everyday, and then we all of a sudden stopped for the summer. We were a family.

I’ve updated a bit. I changed the signature at the bottom to make it a little more HQ and I think it looks better now. I also added the cbox to the sidebar for easy commenting. I’m also going to try my hand at making a layout and coding it. but if that doesn’t work, I’ll order a layout and learn more about designing.

Hey guys sorry I had to go on a hiatus for a while there. My mom was getting on me about being on the computer so I thought it would be better if I took a break for a while. Now I’m refreshed and ready to come back!

I can’t believe school starts in 18 days! I am so excited to be in 7^th grade. Hopefully this will be a fantastic year. The last 2 years haven’t been that well for me, so 7^th grade will be my best year! I still have to go school shopping though. I set out an entire day for clothes/shoes/accessories/school stuff shopping, so I will be gone the whole day August 9^th.

Mood: HUNGRY!!

I went shopping with my parents today. It was literally hours before we got out of there. My mom had to buy office supplies, my dad started to grocery shop and then we met up with him. We were all worn out by the time we finally got in the car.

Does anyone know of a good image-editing software like photoshop or paint shop pro? I need a free trial that doesn’t expire in 60 days or something. If you could paste a link in the comments I would greatly appreciate it.

Pink, Yup, 7^th, not unless my mom makes me o.0, I don’t have her new phone number :(. (she’s the one that lost everything).

On the updates side of things, I tried my hand at making some icons. How do think I did for my first real graphic that I’ve actually displayed on my site. I like the Hilary Duff one the best….. Oh and the time for my fanupdate is right now, so it’s set to my actual time.

Hawaii was so GREAT! The ocean water was really warm and I went inner tubing with my mom and had a blast. But, knowing me, on the first day I cut my foot really deep on some coral and almost needed stitches, thus I couldn’t go swimming in the ocean for a while…. It was okay in the end because my mom and I decided to go horseback riding instead (which was AWESOME!). My horse had a very weird name and I’m not sure how to spell it so I’ll use the pronunciation. “You-no-how……?”. By the end of the day, I knew his personality like the back of my hand. He was feisty and liked to run, A LOT! (YIKES!)

The food was really good too. I had ribs a couple of nights, teriyaki chicken, steak, all teh good stuff. Most of it I really liked, but some were just O-K. Oh, and the hotel offerd a luau for the guests. It was really cool and they had a lot of Hawaiian dancing and a big dinner.

There is so much to say it’s hard to remember everything. I’ll talk more about my trip later, to see the list of updates I made, go CLICK HERE for them. What first started out as a simple exchange, turned into a shopping spree! My mom had bought me these black shoes, and they were too small, so I went with her to exchange the shoes, and literally EVERYTHING was on sale. So we used the best of the moment, and I picked out shirts I liked, and some shoes. It was perfect timing since I am leaving Tuesday for Hawaii. (YAY!!!)

Happy 4^th of July everyone! I have a big day ahead of me, how about you? So far, I’ve done some chores, and I played basketball in my backyard. In a little while, my family is coming over and we’re all going to barbecue, and my brother and I, are going to swim. It’s going to be so much fun! I’ll blog a little bit more about my day later, I just want to tell you guys something that happened to my friend the other day.

My best friend, lost everything she owned except for the clothes on her back. Her house was burned to the ground. They lost at least 1,000 dollars in checks, and as I said before, everything they owned. They’re in a hotel right now, I feel so bad for them. I gave her some of my clothes, and bought her a toothbrush and a hairbrush, stuff like that. She was really sad, and it’s Independence Day today, they’re supposed to be celebrating! I never thought this would happen :(.

I’d just like to tell everyone that I am leaving for vacation on July 8^th, and i won’t be back until July 18^th. Things will be a little quiet here, but I’ll try to blog during my vacation, but the chances of that are low. I am so loving summer, nothing but swimming, tanning, and friends. That’s how it should be :D. Tomorrow also happens to be my dance recital, which I am really looking forward to. My whole family is going to be there, so I’m also really nervous. But, nothing a little sleep can’t fix.
